The main causes of this defect are OVER-TOLERANCE of riveted parts, improper placement of parts, different quality of tools or incorrect installation. Therefore, before riveting, it is necessary to carefully inspect whether the worker's tools and riveted parts meet the requirements.

3. Deformation of Riveting Parts in Electromagnetic System

After riveting, the bending, twisting and thick black piers of the parts cause difficulties in the assembly or adjustment of the next process, and even lead to scrap. The main reasons for this defect are that the riveted parts are too long, too short or the riveting force is uneven, the assembly deviation of the die or the design size is wrong, and the parts are improperly placed. When riveting, the operator should first check the size and shape of the parts, and whether the tool is correct. If the tool is not installed in place, it will affect the assembly quality of the electromagnetic system, core deformation and pier thickness.

V. Coil Fault

There are many kinds of coils used in relays, either outsourced or not. The coils should be separated and placed in special appliances. If the coils are collided and connected, they will be broken when they are separated. When riveting the electromagnetic system, the pressure adjustment of the spanner press and the press should be moderate. Too much pressure will cause coil breakage or coil frame cracking, distortion and winding breakdown. Too little pressure will cause loosening of winding and increase of magnetic loss. Multi-winding coils usually start with different colored leads. When welding, attention should be paid to distinguishing, otherwise the coil will be welded incorrectly. Coils with starting and ending requirements are usually marked by marking method. Attention should be paid to assembly and welding, otherwise the relay level will be opposite.
